Hi, I'd definitely change his food. Bakers is an appalling food. I've got my yorkie on James Wellbeloved which is brilliant. She rarely pumps, loves it and she's getting everything she needs from the JW. It is a bit more expensive but it's worth it in the long run as you'll have a healthier dog. Hate to think what's going on in his guts to pump as much as he does.
