Often times blue born pups/dogs do not show signs of hair loss or skin problems until after the age of 6 months but normally by the age of 3 years. Hopefully your pups will continue to have healthy, full coats but just so others are aware, full coats on blue born pups does not always mean that they will not loose hair and have skin problems in the future.
This color should not be promoted or bred for and buyers of blue born pups should always be told about the problems that are often associated with Color dilution Alopecia.
