I have this one and it holds both my Morkies. I bought it at Petsmart. You just need to get a tandem leash attachment to secure them both in.

I have something very similar for my girls and I use a coupler attached to the tether and that worked well. I was just trying to give them more room so they don't have to be on top of each other. I know they come in different sizes, too. I was going to look into a bigger one, but I thought maybe this other seat would work. I guess we'll see!
