That's normal and I'm not worried if she didn't have that blackish discharge before the first pup.
What you may be feeling is her uterus.....but, not certain. Since you were unaware of this pregnancy and didn't have the opportunity to have her x-rayed. Here's what I'm looking at you're getting to the 3 hour mark with no contractions and you think there maybe another pup. Get her to the vet.
