In my situation I believe so. I mean I love my female very much and I had her first but my boy is much more of a cuddle bug! I call him my lover boy because he ALWAYS needs to lay on me, give tons of kisses and is just such a mama's boy! My girl is very independant and can lay on the couch near me or on the floor. She doesn't need her mama as much!
