have to agree - don't know the whole story but anyone selling should always be up front and honest about what they're 'selling' - period.
It hurts the puppy and buyer when a puppy is sold with health issues and the buyer has no clue - not all people are versed in what is involved with these tiny dogs.....I hope things will work out for this little puppy.
