I'm sure by this time she is willing to drink, but if not, that would be a concern because it has been over 24 hours. Bouillon isn't good. Baby food with no onion flavoring would be okay. Boneless, skinless chicken breast and rice would be good. Pedialyte would be okay. I would give the metacam with food though...
Below is a good read about the vaccine. I just don't agree with the conclusion about it being okay to give. Not saying it doesn't work, just that we are changing the bacterial environment and there are still too many questions. And it was being used while having a conditional licensure. So.....

I'd only consider it in very few cases. Brushing daily with CET and using OraVet is a much better way to go (imo).
You can also search YT for info about this vaccine. I think some side effects have been reported here.
