This is normal as far as I'm concerned! Even if they do bite it, its okay, as long as they don't bite PEOPLE! Yorkshire Terriers were originally bred for hunting mice (a.k.a. ANYTHING THAT MOVES) My Riley attacks anything at all that moves no matter how big. And he isn't aggressive towards people, he just nibbles your ankles if you run. So as long as there isn't any aggression at all whatsoever towards humans, your Yorkie is completely normal because he's following his instincts.
