Probably for the best! I used the onesie because Kaji had nothing visible on the outside after his neuter, other than being shaved down there.
He had dissolvable stitches so there was nothing for him to pull. He did however try to lick himself and that caused a bit of irritation which is why the onesie helped. There was nothing for it to snag on and it was very loose fitting.
