Hogeeze, it wasn't my decision to give the shot, the hubby answered the phone when the vet called and ok'd it without talking to me first. What kind of issues?
We've been home three hours at least and she won't even touch her food or water. I am worried because I have to give her antibiotic with food. She's looking at me when I come by and rolling up for belly rubs, but you can see she doesn't feel well.
Can Yorkies have beef or chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in water? Or is there too much salt in those? As far as I know, she wasn't given fluids during the treatment, there is no IV shave anywhere on her. Nothing on the treatment bill either.
Maybe some plain pedialyte would be a good idea? I should've gotten some baby food for her at the store before we came home. (We're 30 miles outside the nearest town.)
