Just reading the latest posts and thank you all for the nice words.. I know there are some that don't believe I did the right thing and there's nothing I can say or do to change this situation. I did what was best at the time to make sure she was taken care of and she has been. A chip was found, the breeder notified and nobody to this day has claimed her.
I know in my heart, even after this much time has passed since I met this baby, this lady I gave her to, would still give her back. She herself had lost her own baby and knows how it feels to have lost something precious to her. To Nancy, I have learned from this and unfortunately the one big thing I would do different is not post on YT. It doesn't matter if I'm not perfect and didn't do everything like some people thought I should have, its that I saved this baby wheather I had her for one minute or forever. People shouldn't treat other people on here so rudely. I notifed Administration about this and ask her if she felt I done anything wrong to please close this post, but never heard back from them. I didn't come here to get bashed, but to get support from other animal lovers. I thought that was what YT was all about. I understand, that I opened myself up for negative comments as soon as I posted, so I won't make that same mistake again. I haven't been here much in the last year, but it's because I've always felt like, because I was from Missouri, I wasn't liked much. My baby didn't come from a puppy mill and I am against them as much as onyone on here and I've learned a lot about this and I have tried to educate people about them in my area and at my place of work. The humane society here in our area is trying to get a bill passed to outlaw puppy mills and we are confident it will happen. There has been door to door signatures signed to get this passed and hopefully it will be passed..
I guess what i'm tring to get at, is that just because I'm from Missouri or other people here at Yt are from Missouri doesn't mean we support puppy mills and would appreciate if nobody judged us accordingly....
Anyway....... On a happy note, she continues to get better and she is still gaining weight and happy, which is all I wanted in the first place......
