If you're going to be buying some tomorrow anyway, I would just wait one day and use the Frontline when you get it. Dogs & cats systems are different and handle things differently. She'll be fine for one day, and it's always better to be safe.
Do you have any Dawn dishwashing soap? That will kill any fleas that are on her right now.
