I don't even own ice trays, but that's a great idea. I just put 1/4 cup per dog twice a day, enough to last five days in a zip-loc brand plastic container. Soon as I open a thawed one, I pull out a frozen one and place in the ref.. By the time the first one is gone, the next one is thawed. I just use a 1/4 measuring cup to dip the food out. I also like putting baby bok-choy, fresh carrot, baby spinach and kale in the food processer to chop fine and add some to their food. (I also use other fresh veggies too). I shop at the farmers market every week for nice veggies that are in season for us and the girls.
