Safty is key. Since she does have lots of urn neutered buddies It may be your best bet to have her fixed. Small dogs have a small window to have puppies.

If you think in human terms shes well into her 50's so to speak. Spay her spoil her and keep an eye out for a rescue in your area if you want a new one around .
