Like everyone else, I would recommend a trip to the vet asap. About the vaccines... directions say not to give to an ill dog. Since your pup is having a skin issue, I feel certain that means your dog should not receiving them anyway.
My Yorkie had skin issues for months and my regular vet could not get a diagnosis. Then, finally found out there are Vet Dermatologists for skin problems and made an appointment. (Which I highly recommend.) Just wanted to throw that information out to you, in case you are like me and didn't realize this fact.
