Taking your put to the vet is the best option. However, if you found the pup to the side and chilled, warm the pup up before attempting to feed him.
Keep in mind that mother's always know when there is something quite not right with a pup and will purposely push it to the side.

Your vet will check for hydration and possibly Sub-Q the pup and maybe show you how to do it. 2 days of sub-Q may give this pup the time to develop the strength to suckle.
