If she is going to have them removed, it may be pointless to try much in terms of treatment - but some here use Petzlife gel and that can help w/ odor and tarter etcetera. I also use ProDen Plaque Off sprinkle (I get at the "Barkery" in Phx...do I have the name right, shoot?). |
Orajel? That's a great idea, Ann. I used it on my elderly cocker spaniel years ago and it did seem to help him. It doesn't take much - just put a dab on a q-tip and swab the gums. Poor little girl, I bet her teeth do hurt.
