Most of the dogs in rescue while not necessarily considered senior dogs, are at least several years old. Rarely are puppies found in reputable rescues, and if they are, the puppy usually has severe medical issues.

Little Roiree's thread is heartbreaking but hopefully she can find some peace and comfort now that she is getting medical attention. Also, because of Roiree I do think more people have become educated about rescues and what rescues face everyday trying to save these precious dogs.
I think many people have become more educated. I know I have. Thanks to all those who rescue, transport, foster, donate . . . .truly you are angels on earth. So much dedication and determination to help those who can't help themselves. I am in awe of what all you do and your passion and compassion for all who are in need.
