If I were you, since Kia is so new to her Cushings treatment, I'd probably phone the vet - describe the symptoms and ask if the pred should be given. Loss of appetite, shaking, vomiting can all be signs that the treatment is going too far (cortisol *too* low) and pred is now needed - but Mitotane can also mess w/ appetite, so it can be a tough call.
Oh, oops - I see you gave her the pred already. How is she doing? Is her appetite better?
