Come on now, the poor lady is in the hospital about to have surgery. I peronally believe she feels bad enough, and does not have the resources to help. Bad things happen sometimes, it is part of life. Last thing I would do is to try and charge this person with anyting. YUou thing she does not feel bad enough. Maybe I am just dense, or maybe my heart is in the wrong place. Either way, just let it go, and hope for the best for the Pup and the person.
