but charges of animal abuse to OP is something to be considered, this has been ongoing FOR MONTHS and what the current health conditions at hand, of this fragile pup, isn't somethign that just happens overnight....
I am just hear broken by this, i feel for what the OP is going through, herself, but let's not loose sight of why this is one of the longest threads either....
God bless this littel one and those giving her the care she needs...
