The medicine can work immediately....or even up to two weeks after the first treatment. The dilema we are faced with is her comfort level. To begin with, we are dealing with a terminal diagnosis. Then, couple that with the pain...how long do you leave her in pain while waiting for a response to a med that honestly will not cure her? IF this body cast helps and she is not screaming in pain, then we will have the luxury of time.
We could also use your prayers because being faced with a decision like that is not going to be easy for anyone.
