My 4 month old Morkie was eating and he started doing the motions of trying to vomit, I took him away from his food and he kept going though the motions of trying to vomit, he laid down and continued to do it. Then he got up and started eating again? I put him by his water but wasn't interested he just wanted more food. After his vomiting motions he was making weird noises in his throat and kept sticking his tongue in and out. It has been about 25 mins since this happened and he is playing, going potty and drinking. He seems fine now but I was just wondering if anyone knows what happened? It really freaked me out... please if you have any ideas let me know!!
