This is not my yorkie, it's my bigger and older dog. Im not even sure if its a rash or cuts but he is also loosing fur in the areas. Does anyone know why this is happening? They just keep appering and I do not know what to do cause my older dog does not have his shot to go to the vet and it's not my fault its my parents! I was little when we got him and they did not want to take him to get his shots.
