First of all the Vet would have to set up the process, most will not set up a system to do so. I know that Lady Jane attempted to do this for Monolo's Mom/Lissette, when Lola took ill. They gave her a full explanation.
However, I think that Lady Jane provided the contact information of this Specialist, so you may want to initiate contact with them yourself.
