 Boosting Immune System
I have a two year old male yorkie, Rolo, and he has been sick almost since day one. He has chronic ear and throat infections. The longest he has ever gone without antibiotics is 8 weeks and usually it is around 4 weeks. In december he had his tonsils out because they would swell so big he couldn't breathe. A year ago he was allergy tested, put on duck and potato dry food, and is currently receiving allergy shots on a monthly basis. I can't tell, but it doesn't seem to help. I am at a loss as to what to do to keep him well.
I have been reading about boosting your dogs immune system and was wondering if any of you have heard of an immune boosting supplement called 4 life transfer factor? Any imput would be greatly appreciated. |
