I know what you mean. I love the darker colored yorkies and I knew I wanted one that would stay dark. Nothing wrong with the lighter ones, they're oh so cute too! Like Uni and Thor, I love their little faces!
Kaji will be two Aug 1st and he looks like he's barely breaking the color on his head! His back is black, his legs are tan/gold but his head is salt and pepper.
He's is v-e-r-y----s-l-o-w-l-y turning into a rich gold/tan. Maybe by the time he's 3 he'll finally be done with his transformation? Ah! Who knows.
