I agree we can learn sadly from a dogs misfortune and i think we have learned sadly lately a few things and one being neck pain is serious so i hope when others are helping with sick and injured when you see neck pain issues you will direct these owners to a neurologist immediately which was done in this case
sadly we can only do so much in trying to help as we can only try to direct the owner in the right direction and the rest is up to the owner
