So how do i help her understand the difference? Does anyone else have this problem? London also does this-when we visit ppl she has gone on their rug thinking its her weewee pad-but she has never gone on the floor itself-just on stuff. Am i supposed to tell them no when they do this, give them time out? What do i do?
One possibility: what kind of wee wee pads are you using -- disposable, washable, or actual paper (like newspaper)? I think the scent is important to attract them. If you are using washable or paper, you need to add the scent, otherwise they won't discern between wee wee pads and any other rectangular floor covering.
