I too have been diligently trying to paper train my dog. we have just pulled out all of my big rugs and put them in the basement, now he is pottying on the small area rugs in front of the doors. So, I went out and bought a kitty litter box and am trying this.
Why did you decide to try the grass mat?
Do you think my dog will start peeing again on the rugs once they return?
Did you ever try to put rugs back down?
