yep you can get the worse of all breed health issues in one dog when being done
sadly many owners do not get mri as too expensive so it is more prevalent than anyone realizes in toy breeds and sounds like scooter had it as well from reading his story
many vets diagnose as a brain tumor so owner refuses mri and puts dog down as not going to do chemo
