Default Bailey's home! + help? o.o

I posted here before when I was pining and searching for a pup, and I finally got one! Bailey came home with my 4 days ago, and she's the sweetest thing in the entire world. I love her so very much! In 2 days she's learn her name and "sit", and is currently working on "lay" and "paw". Shes such a good girl! Bailey is 10 weeks, which I know is problematic, but I was supposed to get her a few weeks ago and I purposely asked for her to stay there longer to be with her mother, but couldn't get longer than May 1st since the breeder is going on a trip to kentucky to deliver the last puppy. I get so confused about that. The Yorkie care book that I have says 8 weeks too. *sigh*

Anyway, Bailey is perfect in every cute way. But we have one problem! Bailey has a big play pen, a 16 squft play pen. I put her in there when I am cleaning and cooking and such, I'm so afraid that she will get hurt cause Bailey is a little shadow! She follows me everywhere I go. AND if she's inside the pen and she needs to go potty, she goes on the pad all by herself! It's when she has too much space to roam that she starts piddling in random spots. Bailey cries and cries being in the pen, even when I am sitting next to it. She cries when I go to a part of the apartment that she refuses to go in, aka the kitchen, and if she can't see me even for just a second she cries. Not just whine whine, but screaming cries! I don't know what to do with her, I can't have her underfoot in fear for her safety, but it hurts my heart to hear her cry that way. She has food, water, toys, her crate with a blanket from her mom and one of my t-shirts, and I just got her a new kong toy that I stuffed treats into. Despite all these things to occupy her, if I am just sitting a foot away and she's not on top of me, she'll cry. She cries when I try to take her outside to the bathroom, and jumps on my leg and shakes like crazy. I let her use pee pads now for the time being. I love her so much, but I don't understand why she's crying when I'm standing in front of her! Please help...

Thank you!
