Zoey was the same way a month ago when I got her (3-3.5 months old). She would only would eat from my hand and only would take her kibble or chicken out of her bowl and then she would run to her bed and eat it there. What has worked pretty good for Zoey is the following: When I put her food down I pretend to eat from the bowl. It's silly I know, but it works. I pick up the kibble in my hand while I'm squating down next to the bowl and I pretend to eat it and I put my face down to the bowl and say out loud MMMMM...Yum Yums. Well Zoey comes running over and now eats from her bowl when I do that. She practically pushes me out of the way to get to her bowl to eat. I think she thinks I'm eating her food and she better get it and eat it before I do.
