Since you've not provided much information on where you are in your knowledge of the yorkie breed or whelping/breeding. I strongly advise you to find a mentor first, one that is knowledgable on all things yorkie.

But, I have one question for you. Are you prepared to lose your female. Because it does happen. Go to the breeding section of this forum....you'll see a lot of information of what can happens to those that have had your same thoughts.

Breeding yorkies is not an inexpensive endevor and if you aren't doing it with the goal of improving the breed, don't do it.
I did not mean my own family. I meant families that are looking for a puppy, not my own. Of course I want to improve the breed. I love Yorkie's (and any other animal for that mater). I just want to get my questions answers. Also I'm not going to rush into anything until I'm completely sure, of what I'm doing.
