Went to North Carolina this weekend and got my little Daisy from the breeder. It was a seven hour drive down and back but she is soooooo worth it. The breeder would have flown her for a additional fee of course but I just could not do that. I don't know for sure how well the airlines take care of tiny puppies. This breeder is very good and is the same one I got my two year old yorkie Dixie from two years ago. Also the same one I got my Bichons from 11 years ago. Well Daisy is just adorable! I fell in love with her the second I held her and Dixie is just being soooo good with her. So far she has not seemed jealous or feel threatened at all. Actually she seems somewhat motherly! I took Daisy into the vet today for her first puppy check-up and she weighs two pds. and five ounces. She was nine weeks on this past saturday. She was born on Feb. 27. She is playful and active and loving and so very sweet as yorkies are. I am one happy mom of Dixie and now Daisy!
