I have started feeding by fur kids NV raw medallions and they love it. We started out with the rabbit and today I went to another shop that carries it and told them that I had been mixing some kibbles with it and they said that if I mix them they suggest not feeding them together because they digest completely differently, but if I need to mix to make sure that they are the same flavor. I wrote to NV, and they said it was o.k. to mix kibble...however, I've started feeding raw in the a.m. (Stella & Chewies) and Acana grain free kibble in the evening, and my kidz are doing great...You can't always match up proteins a.m. and p.m....Right now, mine are eating beef raw in the a.m. and predominately lamb (Acana Grasslands) in the evening...Same as us...we might have a hamburger for lunch and fish for supper........right?
