You can get a tupperware container, a cup, anything clean and as sterile as you can, when when they got potty you just put it under them to catch it. A lot of times the vet will try to get your dog to go outside and collect it, but if they won't go, they will take a needle and aspirate the urine right from the bladder, its more sterile, but very stressful to pets.....
