I'm assuming that this is normal for the Yorkie Breed to hide food. But now we have to assist her in this effort. Once I take the treat and find a place, then she will go back and get it and then eat it. But only after it has been hidden first.
I do remember reading somewhere games that Yorkies play which involve hide and seek. But I don't know how to start this game play with my little one? Does anyone know?
She amazes me everyday and only if I could stop her from attacking people so they can pet her. She get so excited and loves people. |
I don't think it's breed specific, but these wee ones can really wrap us around their finger. They are smarter than we are.
I had a terrier poodle mix little girl. She always asked for 2 treats, the first one she ran off with to who knows where, she'd be back in a couple of minutes for another and proceed to eat it. Now this is gross, when we were moving, I was packing my closet and way in that back were a pile of treats. I don't know if she was saving them for a rainy day or what.
