My girl Halo is currently being treated for stomach ulcers. Last week we finished up her Fomotidine & Sucralfate (like anti-acids, I think) and Amoxil. She's presently still taking predisone daily, working on lowering the dosage. I've said all this to see if you think there may be a connection. The last few days she has become very agressive toward TJ. I have 6 yorkies, but for some reason, TJ just really rubs her the wrong way lately. Anyone have any logical explanations for this? Could it be the meds, or she still just doesn't feel well and takes it out on him.
It's very frustrating for me. Right now I've got her isolated from the others while I'm at work. Not sure what I'll do tonight at bed-time....they usually all sleep with us. I'm looking forward to any and all suggestions on how to handle this.
