My tip:break away cat collars with bells. I keep one on my puppies at all times. I can hear them moving around and if I don't- it means I need to start looking for something naughty going on!
I use to use the bitter apple with my boxers to try to keep them from chewing on the furniture, but it did not work for them. Maybe it is because they are larger. Have you had success with it with your yorkie? I wonder how long the taste lasts because I very rarely see her chewing on it. She is a sneeky little thing.

I use to keep a cat collar with bell on my Yorkie, but she got to the chewing stage and was always trying to get it off so I was afraid she would choke if she succeeded.

Thanks for your help, I always appreciate suggestions.
