Poor baby. Perhaps then then confining her in an area using an X-pen would be a better choice for you. Use lots of praise and yummy treats for when she does go potty in the right place. My yorkie Sango isn't crate trained (I didn't get her a crate until recently) but my method was just to keep her confined in an area (I used my kitchen b/c the floors are easier to clean than on carpet) and when I saw her do the sniffing in circles dance meaning she's looking for a place to potty & picked her up & placed her on the weewee pad. Then praised her and gave her a trat for going in the right place. I've been doing this for about 4 months now (she is 8months) and she has almost no accidents. Except for when she misses the weewee pad. She has bad aim. I hope this helps you.
