Maybe if you post this in the "training " section more people will see it.....All I can offer is to have a harness on him and when this might occur, leash him up and keep it taunt so he is at your side and you have control of him and you're able to correct him, always use the same *code* word in the correction in a calm but firm voice.....It might take a few weeks bit it's worth a try........
