sorry he came out different then what you expected. Did you specify to the groomer how much hair you wanted cut off or left on? simply saying a puppy cut means different things to different people and groomers. to me as a groomer, puppy cuts mean same length all over the body including the legs. I ask the owner how much hair they want taken off or left on the body. Some want a very short puppy cut, which is also like a shave down using blades, and others want a little longer hair left on so a comb is used over the blade to leave length on. The head is typically always left longer then the body unless the owner asks for it to be really short (most people don't want that tho).
