Hi and Welcome to YT! Congrats on the new baby.
Have you considered using an expen instead of a crate... this way she can have access to food and water as well while she is contained.
Also have you chosen a food you want to feed her yet, choosing a high quality food is one of the most important decisions you can make when getting a new puppy.
Yorkies should not be walked with collars (they are fine to hold ID tags) but a harness should be used for walking.
