Not all eight, the ones at the very top are usually not filled with milk and expect for the last litter I had (they were vigorous eaters) usually don't touch them. The rest of them you should rotate the puppy on. Keep a check that they aren't hard and/or red (mastitis.). Young puppies will lose enterest if mothers breast aren't soft and flow easily. You may have to squeeze her nipples a bit to release some of the pressure.
