I'd get her to a vet today, also. You don't say how many days this has been going on, but if the puppy is being kept outside, they may not notice if the puppy is drinking enough water, on top on of not eating. She could be very dehydrated, too. I do prefer to err on the side of caution, but puppies can go down so darn fast! Good luck and please let us know how the puppies doing.
