Default 3 dogs too many!

i have nala (my yorkie) and we have 2 other dogs a lhasa opso (spell) and a rat terrier shih zu mix (can't sp that one either) anyways nala is very hyper bounces off the walls so she is kept behind a baby gate. we try to get her around the dogs a little bit at a time (supervised very close) to try to get them all use to each other. my lhasa koko is old, over weight and has a lot of sholder and hip problems and she doesn't like nala jumping on her and WILL bite her if she does. so far she only "warned" her and nala seemed to understnad but she just doesn't know when to leave my other dog alone (sisco) yesterday he would growl and snap and her and nala would keep on jumping on him and trying to play bite him. if we continue to do this will she eventually learn that he doesn't wan't to play. i'm not worried about him hurting her but i'm am concerned about the other dog. she isn't mean put she can't get away from nala and i think she is scared nala may hurt her. is it best to just watch them and let nala get close enough to understand when she needs to leave them alone? i also worried about the nala getting around their food (mainly the older ones food) and when sisco is in our laps and nala tries to jump up there he doesn't like it at all!! any suggestions?
