I know she is pretty young for this, but it still can happen. It sounds like possible pyometra. Mindy did the same thing, she was lactating and I couldn't figure out why. It was 3 months after her heat. this is a prime time for pyometra to show up.
Mindy had closed pyometra so no discharge, but she did gain some weight.
I would get her to the vet ASAP as this can be life threatening, especially if closed (no discharge)...
