What does that have to do with any of this? You have a dog that needs treatment for a life threatening genetic illness and you cannot treat it yourself you just don't ignore the SCREAMING IN PAIN
That is not justification for lack of medical treatment for an animal! I don't understand why you are trying to stir the pot for something that is unarguable? There is never an excuse for animal cruelty and that is exactly what this is/was/alway will be!
