I'm glad that she finally ate for you too. It's hard to tell if she is 100% Yorkie but really that doesn't matter since she is just so stinking cute.
A couple of thing~when you say stinky could it be her teeth? Take a look inside her mouth and see if she has a lot of tartar build up--this will cause bad breath. The Caesar dog food is just cr@p and that alone will cause buildup on teeth.
When are you taking her to the vet? I believe the vinegar and water will work but then that goes back to the stinky problem. Maybe you should get her a medicated shampoo too. I bought some Tropiclean from Sarahheartmaddie a few weeks ago and I really liked it. It wasn't Medicated but she did have some that was and she was offering a super cheap price ($6 a bottle shipped

The flea collar needs to go.
They are not good for dogs to wear and they are also not good for humans to be in contact with. I would get her a collar and tag~you just never know. There is a lot of debate about tag and collar wearing but I strongly believe they should have a tag and be chipped if they ever get out and are lost.
